Experienced Business and Sales Director Ceasar Larrach

Ceasar Larrach spent nearly two decades with R-Cold in Perris, California, as a senior-level executive. He oversaw operations in the refrigeration department and provided strategic leadership for the company’s nationwide sales operations. As head of the refrigeration department, Ceasar Larrach oversaw a wide range of responsibilities, including legal and policy compliance and employee health and safety. His sales duties, meanwhile, involved establishing national sales objectives, tracking key performance metrics, and providing senior management with sales data and regular forecasts.

Before his time at R-Cold, Ceasar Larrach served as the director of operations at Clearwater Building Maintenance in Las Vegas. He has held several additional leadership positions throughout his career, including vice president of property management at Tradewind Investments and director of food and beverage at Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino.

Ceasar Larrach earned a degree in business administration from California State University, Los Angeles. Apart from his business leadership activities, he enjoys staying active through mountain biking and various DIY projects.
